The passenger, at the time of registration, as well as in the payment of the reservation, freely and spontaneously declares that he/she accepts the terms and conditions described herein, as well as compliance with the activities and specifications described in the services or plan chosen.
Any other additional service contracted by the client with other operators during the tour will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of whoever contracts it, therefore, Miracles Tours and Trips will not be responsible for any inconvenience or accident that may occur that our insurance policy does not cover.

Cancellation Policy
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 16 hours or less before the event.

Miracles Tours and Trips, in extreme or special circumstances may modify itineraries, change tour dates, change tour guides, guaranteeing, in any case, and from now on to users of the service that the new services will be of equal or superior quality to the contracted.
The traveler must always present the documentation that identifies him/her and that the authority requires. In the case of minors, the adults in charge of them must present the identity card or birth certificate. The omission of this requirement frees Miracles Tours and Trips, of any economic claim or of any nature that may arise before the incidents that such conduct may generate and affect the realization of the tour plan.
- The behavior of the user, as well as for the inconveniences in which it may be involved, which generate the user's retreat from the contracted tour, for criminal or disciplinary conduct punishable or that violate morality.
- Accidents, losses or damages suffered by the users as a consequence of imprudence or non-observance of the instructions given by the transporters and/or guides for the proper enjoyment of their stay.
It is forbidden to leave any kind of object during the tour and the clients commit themselves to follow the indications of the guides to respect and protect the environment.
The traveler declares to have been fully informed of the conduct to follow in case of danger, assuming that a risky activity is performed and therefore any incident that may occur in its development.
Any important medical condition, physical problems or health restrictions must be informed during the booking process.
